Congratulations! You made it! Your big day is finally here! The day you will meet your baby! 

• You will need to let your care providers know that you are keeping the placenta. If you have a birth plan include it on your plan.

• If you chose a package that includes a cooler be sure and pack the cooler with you if you are having a hospital birth or birth center birth.

• If you are having a hospital birth please be sure and let the nurses know you are keeping the placenta.

• Have your baby and snuggle!

• Call or text (512) 517-9017 for pick up or to let us know the placenta will be dropped off at the kitchen. '

• Snuggle your baby and be rest assured that your placenta is being handled with the utmost care and professionalism.

• Within 24-48 hours your capsules will be ready and we will call you to schedule delivery back to you.

• Cancellation policy- You may cancel your reservation up until the month that you are due. Otherwise there is a $50.00 fee if you cancel for any reason other than an active infection present at the time of birth per lab results. If we have mailed you a cooler there is an additional fee of $25.00 or you can send it back to us and not be charged.
